Error Message while trying the pairing "Not connected to the internet. Please check your connection and try again"
I habe connection to the internet. Another switch registered on this APP works without problems.
anyone have the fix for 'not connected to internet' error in app?
i bought 3 Basic RF swtiches, only managed to setup 1st one.
the app doesnt seem to allow me to add subsequent switches.
i just found out my problem.
my phone was connected to 5GHz.
disabled 5Ghz on my router and was able to add new device in the eWelink app.
